CHNTPWALL

CHNTPWALL

CHNTPWALL is a small Distro that does just one thing. It gives you full access to a Windows machine. The way it does this is very simple. Upon booting the Distro (which is based on Slax) detects and mounts all hard drives. It then searches these drives for a SAM file. The SAM file is the file that contains all the users and there passwords. Then it uses a tool called chntpw to give every user Admin permissions, then clear there passwords, and unlock any locked accounts. It does all this automatically then shuts down the computer. CHNTPWALL assumes that you have only one install of Windows on the machine and that you are using a standard Windows setup. Other then having chntpw and ntfs modules installed CHNTPWALL is just a Core Slax livecd with a very simple script loaded under /etc/rc.d/rc.local. This is the file where all the magic happens and it was written by yours truly :) This was created just for fun and has not been thoroughly test. So, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
